Purpose of Position 

The Revenue Operations and Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for aligning marketing, sales, and operational initiatives to accelerate revenue growth. This position supports the execution of campaigns, CRM oversight, performance reporting, and continuous procedure improvement across the revenue funnel.

Requirements

Revenue Operations

  • Maintain and ensure data integrity for marketing across all departments within HubSpot CRM using tools such as HubSpot Ops Hub, Clay, Exa, and other data enrichment platforms.
  • Track and analyze pipeline metrics, sales, and portfolio performance, and lead flow to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the customer journey, from lead generation through onboarding and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and client relations teams to streamline lead handoff processes, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with IT Business Integration to select, implement, and be the business lead for the revenue technology stack, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration across teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources for revenue operations tools, workflows, and best practices. Work closely with IT to train for ongoing support and technical needs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to align go-to-market strategies and drive operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue operations initiatives and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Support forecasting and planning processes by providing accurate, timely insights and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve and optimize the revenue operations function.

Marketing Coordination

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to support core operational functions, including website(s) management, branding kits, social media guidelines, and agency/consultant selection and coordination.
  • Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital (web, social media), email, and event channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Manage and maintain the annual marketing calendar, proactively tracking project timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content across various platforms, including sales collateral, website updates, email campaigns, and CIRE’s social media channels.
  • Support influencer and partner marketing initiatives through outreach, relationship management, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external marketing and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to inform future marketing strategies and optimize content effectiveness.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure all materials are up-to-date, on-brand, and easily accessible to internal teams.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide end-to-end visibility into the deal lifecycle, campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Deliver actionable insights through regular and ad hoc reporting to support strategic decision-making, improve cross-functional alignment, and identify key drivers of revenue growth.
  • Continuously refine reporting frameworks and data visualizations to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with evolving business goals.
  • Support data storytelling efforts by translating complex metrics into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.

Work Experience Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Office 365 / Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with social media marketing and optimization, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, data analysis, web analytics, SEO/SEM, campaign management, creative/artwork creation, and using scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; ability to update websites via CMS (WYSIWYG) or manage third-party vendors for timely edits.

Working Conditions  

Environment

The primary working environment is an Indoor Office Setting utilizing a computer workstation and general office equipment. The position will sit at their workstation for a significant portion of the workday. Some positions may require travel to asset locations, and these sites will vary in nature. Employees are required to comply with all applicable safety provisions as posted on site or briefed by management. This includes the use of any required PPE specific to said location.

Physical Requirements 

The physical demands of the position are consistent with those of administrative or clerical work in an office setting, involving extended periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer for typing and data entry, and managing paperwork. It requires fine motor skills for operating a keyboard and mouse, as well as handling and organizing documentation, which may involve lifting, bending, and reaching. Employees also need to walk around the office for tasks such as delivering documents or attending meetings, and maintain good visual attention for prolonged periods, whether reading or engaging with screens.
