To get started with CREIT, the minimum initial investment is $100,000. Once you’ve made your initial investment, you have the flexibility to add additional funds to your account at any time, with no minimum amount required. We aim to make investing in CREIT accessible and convenient for you.
Are there any requirements to invest? Do I need to be an accredited investor?
Yes, to invest in CREIT, you must be an accredited investor. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this requirement. According to Investopedia.com, an accredited investor is defined as:
- A natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
- A natural person who has an individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase, excluding the value of the primary residence of such person.

You can conveniently access your investment through our online Investor Portal, which is regularly updated on a quarterly basis. This portal provides you with comprehensive information about your investment and ensures easy access whenever you need it. What are my liquidity options?
You have the flexibility for full or partial redemptions throughout the investment lifecycle. It’s important to note that, unlike a CD with a typical investment lifecycle ranging from three months to five years, CREIT is designed for a recommended investment term of approximately 10+ years. Clarity about your investment goals is crucial before deciding to invest, ensuring CREIT aligns with your long-term objectives.
How often will I receive reporting on my investment?
We provide comprehensive reports on earnings quarterly. Within 45 days of the previous quarter’s close, we upload your earnings data into the Investor Portal. You will be notified via email from Investor Relations, and you can access the data by logging into the CIRE Equity Investor Portal. This transparent reporting system keeps you informed about your investment at regular intervals.
